Register & set up your store
Create your account, complete KYC verification, and set up your storefront with a unique URL (e.g., buyersafecart.com/shop/your-store). Add your products with photos, pricing, and descriptions.

Share your store & WhatsApp link
Share your store URL on Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp groups, or in person. Each product page has an "Order via WhatsApp" button that auto-fills a message — buyers can start chatting immediately.

Buyer pays — funds go into escrow
When a buyer pays, the money goes into BuyerSafeCart's escrow account — NOT to you directly. This builds buyer trust and means buyers are much more confident purchasing from you.

Ship your order within 24 hours
Process and ship the order. Update the tracking info on your dashboard. The buyer can track their order in real time on the BuyerSafeCart tracking page.

Get paid when buyer confirms
Buyer confirms delivery via their dashboard or WhatsApp reply (CONFIRM [tracking]). Payment is released to your bank account within 24 hours. Auto-releases after 5 days if no dispute.
